Asher's first Holiday season has arrived! Thanksgiving is over, and it was a whirlwind of fun for
Asher. We couldn't help but put him in the turkey roaster (that we didn't use, since Eric grilled the turkey again this
year). I put the bottle of wine in his hands, it's still sealed, so I hope no one thinks less of me! haha.
I'd like him to appreciate wine, but I'd probably prefer if he wait until he was legal :D We have purchased a small
artifical tree this year to use instead of buying real like we usually do. Since we're leaving town for Christmas weekend,
I didn't want to worry about the tree drying up and the house going up in fire! I read somewhere though, that "all Christmas
trees in the eyes of a child, are 10 feet tall". So, there we have it! To watch Asher just sit and stare at the
tree is so much fun! Babette hasn't even noticed it's there yet, so no problems with her! Merry Christmas everyone!!
Asher had a great Holiday season! He got to celebrate Christmas quite a few times....once with Grandma
Nancy & Aunt Sarah, again with Grandpa & Grandma Asher & Aunt Sarah, then again with Nana & Grandpop Wilkinson
& Aunt Holly (and doggie cousin Kain). As well as with friends. The only thing he wanted to do was to suck
on the paper and rip the paper into shreds! New Years Eve was spent at a friend of Eric's house. Asher actually
made it at the party until 9pm! He was in bed by 10 though, then Daddy & Momma watched a movie until they pooped
out (around 11:30) :D Next holiday....the kissing holiday! whoo hoo :D
